You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and play. Providing false date-of-birth information is a material breach and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Each individual may hold exactly one account on zk7apk. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended. Bonus funds and winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts will be voided without prior notice.
Supported payment channels include BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus abuse or exploitation techniques result in bonus cancellation and potential account review.
Money laundering, arbitrage betting at scale, use of automated betting software (bots), collusion, match-fixing, and multi-accounting are all strictly prohibited. zk7apk reserves the right to void bets and suspend accounts where such activity is detected.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on zk7apk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Restriction: zk7apk is strictly an adults-only platform. Users under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager. Any winnings generated by an underage account will be voided in full.
Each User is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
When creating an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity card), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify zk7apk support immediately at [email protected]. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to notify us promptly.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, Prohibited Activity, or breach of these Terms. Where an Account is closed for breach, outstanding balances may be forfeited subject to the provisions of Clause 12.
The Company is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching specified deposit thresholds. KYC verification is also mandatory when the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or underage usage.

The Company aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Complex cases requiring enhanced due diligence may take up to 7 business days (WIB). Withdrawal requests will be held pending until verification is complete.
Note: zk7apk will never ask for your full payment card PIN or online banking password. If you receive any such request purporting to be from zk7apk, treat it as fraudulent and contact our support team immediately.

The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by zk7apk, although your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time for e-wallet channels and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfer channels, subject to bank processing times. The Company does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transfer fees.
The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals may only be processed to an account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your zk7apk Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Verified accounts (KYC-complete) receive priority processing with an average payout time of under 3 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within 30 minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours (WIB). The Company reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
The Platform operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. All displayed odds, balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in IDR. The Company accepts no responsibility for currency conversion costs or exchange rate differences incurred by users who fund accounts via international payment channels.

From time to time, zk7apk offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and reload incentives to eligible Users. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's individual terms.
All Wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each sport, game type, or lottery draw as published on the Platform.
A Wager is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmed bet reference number. zk7apk reserves the right to refuse or limit any Wager at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. In markets where live in-play betting is available, odds are subject to change up to the moment of confirmed acceptance.
A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum time required for settlement; the market was offered in error (including obvious pricing errors); or the event result cannot be officially verified. In mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets, a voided selection reduces the accumulator by that leg, rather than voiding the entire slip.
zk7apk actively monitors all markets for suspicious betting patterns. Any Wager placed on a match or event that is subsequently found to have been the subject of match-fixing or corruption will be declared void and the stake returned, or in cases of User complicity, forfeited. zk7apk cooperates with relevant sports integrity organisations and may report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
Bets placed on togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are settled against the official result published by the relevant pool authority. In the event of a discrepancy between the result shown on the Platform and the official published result, the official result shall prevail.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity will result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of outstanding balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral to relevant authorities.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk7apk and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In all cases where the Company is found to be liable, the Company's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the value of the funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: Betting and gambling carry inherent financial risk. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited. The Company provides gambling services as entertainment and accepts no responsibility for financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by zk7apk is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document.
By registering an Account, you consent to the Company processing your personal data for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and — where you have provided explicit consent — direct marketing communications. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting support.
zk7apk does not sell or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, fraud detection platforms, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contractual necessity.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any pending Wagering Requirements on active Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of the closure request, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
The Company may close or suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Company is required to do so by a competent authority or court order; (c) the Company reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or Prohibited Activity; or (d) continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Users.
Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request for responsible gaming or self-exclusion purposes, the closure takes immediate effect. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform or from the interpretation of these Terms, you should contact zk7apk support in the first instance. The Company commits to investigating all complaints and providing a written response within 10 business days (WIB). If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation.
These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
